Beck is extremely warm, and I was touched that she always remembered details about my family and inquired how everyone was doing. I have been working with Beck for several years to balance my cycle, and I was fortunate enough to get pregnant on my first round of IVF. Beck treated me before and after the transfer, which I believe contributed to the success. I consider this to be my miracle baby, as I’m 40 years old and my only daughter is already 18. Dr. Hoehn is the best. She is kind, patient, and funny, and makes you feel much less alone in the long, often lonely process of trying to have a baby when you have fertility issues. It has taken me some time to write this review as I wanted it to be most impactful for other readers. After working with Dr. Hoehn for 6 months, I am thrilled to say that I am now in my second trimester of a healthy pregnancy. I found Dr. Hoehn at age 42 as I was navigating my IVF journey. I had never done acupuncture before but I was willing to try anything that could help my mind, body and spirit. From Day 1, Dr. Hoehn was so approachable and kind, very knowledgeable in her practice and beyond supportive. I truly looked forward to seeing her, Gabby and Clyde as I worked my way thru 3 x egg retrievals culminating with a FET. Dr. Hoehn moved mountains to be at my FET in person, and provided such a calming and uplifting environment. It was such a positive day, one that I will always remember. IVF can be physically, emotionally and financially draining. You need a solid team to get you thru the finish line. Mighty River Wellness was a huge part of my team, and I will definitely be returning as we grow our family!

I have been working with Dr. Beck Hoehn for the last few months and I was so glad that I stumbled upon her practice. I started going to Beck 10 months into our fertility journey. We had suffered a miscarriage and then didnt have any luck getting pregnant after that. I knew at the 12 month mark doctors would start testing us to rule out any issues and then suggest IUI and/or IVF. Beck had great reviews and came highly recommended. The rest is history. From my very first appointment I felt understood, supported, hopeful and empowered. I had already taken some dietary steps on my own but Beck helped me clean up my gut. I thought I was making healthy choices but it turns out some of the vegetables I was eating daily were literally making me sick. Once I eliminated those, I saw results and felt better within 2 weeks. We worked on stress management and mindset together! I started taking supplements on top of my prenatals and drinking her herbal formulas. I enjoyed BBT charting and learning more about my cycle. Mighty River Wellness in Studio City is a great find! I went in to see Beck for general stress/anxiety, joint pain and trouble sleeping.  Within a few acupuncture treatments and some Chinese herbal formulas I felt like a new person!  A bonus- the office is clean and relaxing.  AND they have yoga classes, and massages, which really makes it a relaxing one stop shop.

I was in the middle of a career change and the stress was taking its toll on my stomach and my period.  I felt tired, wasn’t able to sleep, was constantly bloated and feeling just generally not myself.  Acupuncture was always something that helped me in the past, it was just a matter of taking the time for a little self care.  I am so glad I did!! An hour each week at Mighty River Wellness has made me a new person.  In just a matter of months I feel like I am on the right track.  I am sleeping through the night and feeling a lot more relaxed. Dr. Hoehn is amazing! I love our weekly check ins and leave feeling like I have the support I need.

Beck is fantastic. As a mom of 2, I began my own business 5 years ago which generated a lot of sitting time and stress. Beck treated my plantar fasciitis and lower back pain, caused by long periods of sitting, lack of exercise, and then trying to be a hero with getting back in shape. I was actually limping due to pain. Through acupuncture, cupping, physical manipulation, and other techniques, I experienced complete relief within 2-3 sessions. Beck is the best acupuncturist Ive found in LA! She does needles, cupping and herbs. She asks a lot of questions and really wants to help - and does! Ive had issues with pms, tmj and shes helped me tremendously. SO happy I found her.

I went to Beck Hoehn in Studio City for facial rejuvenation cosmetic acupuncture because I already use good quality skin care and I am not interested in Botox or filler injections. After 5 weekly sessions, I saw a significant improvement in my skin, especially in my trouble areas like forehead lines and smile lines around my mouth. Im 37 and want to keep looking fresh naturally. Im going to continue for tuneup sessions and highly recommend her as an acupuncturist. She goes above and beyond!

I was not disappointed.  Initially I wanted to try acupuncture for some work related wrist pain.  As that was successfully treated with acupuncture, I decided to try acupuncture for my general fatigue.  What an improvement!!
