Seeing Dr. Hammoud and the nurses at the Macomb location is the best decision we’ve made. Everyone there is caring, supportive and made the IVF process easy for us. I have never felt more cared for and now we’re expecting our first baby this summer. Thank you ALL!

Dr. Hammoud and the staff at IVF Michigan Macomb are so wonderful and amazing! We first started with Dr. Hammoud in 2020 and he was very supportive and open during our first cycle. We eventually discovered that I had some more advanced reproductive issues, but he was on board with everything I did with my reproductive immunologist for our second cycle and 5th transfer, which resulted in a mostly normal and healthy pregnancy and a beautiful baby boy in July 2023. We cannot thank Dr. Hammoud and his staff enough for helping us get our miracle baby!!

Dr. Hammoud did both successful rounds of ivf for me. My 1st was my daughter (2yrs ago) my 2nd ( 2024) is my son. I just graduated and now transferring to my OB. I cant tell you enough, he is the Best. Very communitive, very caring, soft spoken, incredibly smart, always making sure your treated like his family. And his work staff- amazing. He will do everything in his power to find out why you cant get pregnant and will do everything in his power to help you become pregnant. To bring a special one into your family. Thank you Dr. Hammoud & staff members for everything you do. God bless.

Dr. Hammoud is very kind and informative. The Macomb nursing team is so incredibly helpful, always willing to answer questions, and so wonderful. We are so thankful for their help and expertise through this tough experience. Thank you!

I don’t usually write reviews, but after reading some of the reviews about the receptionist Dawn, I had to also share my story. I have never been spoken so terribly by someone in an office setting. She was condescending, insensitive, and for working at an IVF clinic she had zero sympathy for the situation I was in. My husband scheduled an appointment with them for an analysis. The receptionist told him the appointment was 12/27. I called this past week wondering if there was any way I could move up the appointment. She said he missed his appointment, we are now charged a missed appointment fee, and she will no longer honor the coupon my doctor gave us to help us with the financial aspect of this test due to it being so close to Christmas. I began to cry because it really was a misunderstanding. I tried to explain to her that we were told the wrong date. She accused me of lying and I even told her we did not get any sort of reminder text or call. I can’t believe this office has someone working there who has zero sympathy for anyone especially people who are trying really hard to build a family. I am here to voice my story with this women because I ended the call crying and completely devastated that someone would speak to me the way she did and laugh at what I was going through and imply we should be more responsible. Especially when the person scheduling the appointment told us December, not November. At first I was not angry because people make mistakes. But after her accusations and comments towards me, I can confidently say I will never go to this office again.I talked to my doctor about this and she is referring me to a new clinic. If you want kindness and respect and sympathy this is not the place to go because how you are treated by the receptionist staff says a lot about how they feel about their patients.

I had such a wonderful experience at IVF Michigan, Macomb. It is an emotional rollercoaster trying to conceive, but this clinic is worth the call! Every time you call, you get a welcoming greeting by Lora and Dawn. They are always warm and sweet on the phone. My first appointment with Dr. Star was virtual, and I could tell that she had actually reviewed all my info prior to our appt. She was kind, informative, and empathetic. From there I went on to treatments and had the pleasure of working with Shannon, a great nurse, for most of my appts. Thankfully after only two rounds of IUI I had a positive pregnancy test! I know that was due to the diligence and expertise of the staff at IVF Macomb.I am thankful to all of the staff for helping us through one of the most difficult journeys a family can go through. You won’t regret giving them a call!

I was misdiagnosed by IVF Michigan and Dr. Starostanko which caused me and my husband to spend thousands of dollars on fertility treatments that wouldve never worked for us. We even sent them the findings from my surgery with my new Doctor showing they misdiagnosed me and they never offered any reimbursement or anything to make the situation right. The front desk ladies, Dawn and Laura are also extremely rude and not empathetic and should not work in a setting with highly vulnerable people. We highly recommend RMA of Michigan and Dr. Wolf and Dr. Miller, they are amazing and were able to accurately diagnose me. Do not waste your time or money here. We are most definitely looking into taking legal action.

I am not sure I have the words to convey just how thankful I am to IVF Michigan Macomb. My husband and I spent years trying to get pregnant on our own. Dr. Hammoud was who we went to when we knew something just wasnt right. He was able to tell us exactly why we were having such a hard time on our own and explained to us what our options were. After a couple years, we finally decided to move forward with treatment and the whole process was and has been so much better than I anticipated. Every single person in his office is wonderful and so helpful. The ladies at the desk have always been so kind and the nurses have always made sure I was comfortable and that I understood every part of the process. I always felt listened to and like I was the only patient. My husband and I werent sure wed ever be parents and we are now pregnant and so, so happy. This would never be possible with Dr. Hammoud and his team. Thank you so much for helping us start our family, we will always be so grateful.

I had a great experience with IVF Michigan Macomb and Bloomfield Hills. Dr. Hammoud, the nurses, and receptionists are all very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They always took the time to answer my questions and help calm any nerves. My husband and I had been struggling to conceive for about 3 years and thanks to IVF Michigan we are expecting our first child.

The nursing and reception staff at the Macomb location has been nothing short of incredible. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Deanna, Susan and Shirley are true assets to the IVF MI team. They have gone above and beyond for me, have shown great empathy, and I am so blessed to have them as my nurses. Huge thank you to them for all of their hard work and support this past year!

The best doctor!! Dr hammoud is amazing!! I am so grateful for this Doctor, his nurse Deanna, and all of the medical staff. Everyone is so caring and comforting. All the nurses helped me through my whole experience. I was so scared and nervous in the beginning, but since day one everyone was so kind and helpful . The nurses were quick to answer all my questions, and I had so many. This was my first time with IVF. My husband and I tried to conceive on our own for four years and had no luck. I was praying for a miracle everyday. I started to do my research and that’s when I found Dr. Hammond, and I’m so excited to say, I’m pregnant!!! I was very lucky to have conceived on the first embryo transfer. I couldn’t be more happier, I’m in tears just typing my review. Thank you so much Dr Hammoud, you helped make this miracle happen. I will be forever grateful for you and all of your medical staff.

Dr. Hammoud and his entire staff at the Macomb office were hands down the best team I have had the pleasure of working with. We spoke with Dr. Hammoud in Feb 22 about how we have been trying for 8 years almost, and by May 22, we were expecting identical twins! This whole process was a lot of appts, and weekly visits, but his team, and himself made sure to answer every question along the way, and we’re always so happy to see you. If you have ANY questions, call them! If your wondering if IVF is right, make an appt, and found out.

This office doesn’t seem to respect its patients’ time.Told to arrive for blood test at 7:30 am when they open. Arrive early, call from parking lot to enter and told they already have a full waiting room.Slept in the car for an hour before called back to enter building. Then more waiting in the waiting room.This was not the first such incident.Do better.

Dr. Hammoud and all of the nurses/office staff were nothing short of amazing throughout our entire process. I was so scared and nervous to go through this process and I could not have felt more comfort or care from them. The nurses in the office were extremely patient and kind and were always there to answer my phone calls, whether it was during or after office hours. Dr. Hammoud explained every procedure thoroughly and always made me feel so at ease during what was a very scary time. I could not have had a better experience. Everyone was truly so knowledgeable and patient and I could not recommend this team enough. It is hard for me to even put into words how grateful I am for this office. If you are looking for a fertility center and are hesitant on where to go, do not look any further!

I had a good experience at IVF-MI. The nurse and office staff were all very kind and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable sharing my questions and my concerns and I never felt like they were annoyed or dismissive. The Dr was easy to talk to as well and answered all of mine and my husbands questions throughly. He didnt rush us or push us into anything. He listened to our perspective and our concerns and guided us by providing information and medical advice, but ultimately allowed us to choose the path that we felt was right for us. And now we are expecting a little precious baby and we couldnt be more grateful!! Overall, I do recommend IVF-MI!

Dr. Hammoud was always so positive and excited for our journey...more than we were after so many failed attempts through IUIs. The nurses were there for us whenever we needed them to answer questions or help with medications. We are so thankful to say our first IVF worked! I am 10 weeks pregnant now and still cannot believe it. Thank you Dr. Hammoud and the nurses for making our long awaited dream come true!

My partner and I called to make a new patient appointment and Dawn was very kind and helpful. We’ve had a lot of trouble with pregnancy and we very much appreciate the compassion.

Without the help and council of Dr hamood and all the nurses and staff at Michigan IVF Macomb, I would not have any hope of pregnancy. Today was my last ultrasound before being released to my OB and I finally saw my little one move. I never thought Id see something so beautiful. THANK YOU so much for all of your help.

We came into IVF Michigan with lots of questions and uncertainty. After meeting with Dr. Hammoud and his staff we had all our questions answered clearly and concisely. They were very professional, prepared and friendly. After deciding to move forward with IVF we were treated like we were the most important couple they had. We loved everyone at the office for all the professionalism and personal support they gave us! Thanks to Dr. Hammoud we are now proud to say we will soon be parents to our two little miracles! We cant express enough thanks to IVF Michigan for all they have done for us! We are forever greatful and will always push anyone having fertility issues, questions or concerns to talk to IVF Michigan!

Going to IVF michigan was absolutely the best decision ever. Dr.Hammoud gave me a game plan and expectations up front and made me feel very comfortable and the nurses are amazing helping you understand everything that was going on. I only was able to do 1 round of IUI (which unfortunately failed) then covid hit which stopped us in our tracks. However, 2 months later we had conceived naturally and the office still took great care of me. They made sure that this was my rainbow baby and took every precaution based off my history! At my 9 week US I was cleared to transfer from them to my obgyn, they made sure it was smooth buy having all the paperwork and history there before my appointment. Here I am 13 wks and 5days later with a strong heartbeat of 163! Im very grateful for all their help and dedication!

What an amazing experience. First round of IVF and we were able to get our baby bump started. 😊 due in June but super thrilled to go down this journey. Couldn’t be more pleased with the staff and how quickly everything happened.

Dr. Hammoud gets straight to the point yet he is SO nice and caring. He truly wants the best for his patients and has the best recommendations. Deanna (the nurse) truly got me through our entire experience. She is beyond fantastic and I am so grateful for her and Dr Hammoud.

The whole experience was horrifying ladies find yourself another place please. It was my worst nightmare on top of doing ivf during Covid they made it much worse. No communication between offices which in my eyes if you have multiple offices you should have amazing communication. They want there money and that’s all!!!!!!

This practice is very unprofessional. They delayed medical services. Waiting three months to tell my my Vitamin D levels were low after my IUI! When I requested my medical records, I waited over a month to receive them & when I did I noticed they spilled perfume all over them. Their receptionist is rude. I dont recommend this place, they just care about taking your money!

I highly recommend this group!, Dr. Hammoudmade it happen for me and my husband. I appreciate the care he gave us. Nurses guide me all through out the process and I’m so thankful for that.Everybody was amazing.
