My time at this location was great. They provided quick service and explained the steps for the procedure in a easy and simple manor. I was in and out in under ten minutes. I would absolutely recommend there services to all who need it.

I had an incredible experience at ARCpoint Labs of Braintree. They were very accommodating, knowledgeable about all questions I had and the appointment was super fast. I would definitely go back!

Understaffed on my 1st visit.. no one to draw blood. Also waited an hour (lunch break I think) only to find out I had to come back a week later. Drew blood and left a 4 bruise.

The woman who helped me was by herself and she did such an incredible job of making the whole process quick and easy! She was also incredibly friendly.

The lady was very respectful and I was in and out of there quickly! We also had a great conversation! All you need is a photo ID and a form of payment!

The person working the day I went was very nice and professional however I felt uncomfortable handing a cup of my urine to him. There’s got to be a better way to handle this part of the process.

Hands down best interaction with staff!!! Friendly, helpful, and just really great atmosphere!! It was snowing and cold the day of my visit but the staff was smiling and just awesome!!! 2/13/2024

I needed to do a drug screening for employment. The staff was very friendly, patient and professional as well as encouraging and supportive. Wishing me luck with the new opportunity. The office was clean and short wait time to be seen. Great experience overall!

Went for blood test. In and out without too much trouble. They were able to email my results sooner than Id anticipated. (2 days). Cant say if that will be everyones experience but they were professional.
