Wonderful experience!! Warm and inviting office and staff. Front desk receptionist ladies are very nice and helpful. The nurses and rest of team are very informative, honest, sweet and caring. Prompt and concise care received throughout appointment. Smiling faces and good humor, I felt taken care of and peaceful while I was there. Highly recommend this practice! So glad I made the switch from my previous obgyn. Parking is also super convenient with beautiful landscaping. I won’t go anywhere else from now on!

This establishment is a joke. I had an 8 week ultrasound on 4/9 and was told the pregnancy was not viable and my options were take some pills to pass it or have a procedure done in Boston to clear me out. I decided to let things happen naturally. After a few weeks passed with no cramping or bleeding I decided I’d opt for the procedure to just be done with it. The estimate from tufts was around 17k, which my insurance was covering some and I would be responsible for around 5k of it. I of course decided that wasn’t an option and would continue waiting it out. Fast forward a few weeks I had one day of heavy ish bleeding and no cramping (was this my miscarriage? A one day period? I wanted answers) so I called for an appointment for an ultrasound to see if I’m all cleared out or if there is any tissue remaining inside me. The woman I spoke to a week prior wanted me to come in that day because of course this is important right? and they mentioned to me MANY times left untreated I could develop and infection. Well I could not make it in same day so made an appointment for a week from that day. I go in today and they seemed to have no idea why I’m there. There was no ultrasound scheduled and no blood work scheduled. Luckily they did the bloodwork on a whim but I’m still left with no answers to what’s going on with my body, if there is any tissue left and now I’m wondering if and when I’d develop this infection they mentioned to me many times when telling me I need to do something about this. Very bad communication and careless on their part. Complete waste of time, I could have gone down the street from my house and do blood work in Norfolk. Also to be noted I never met with a doctor once during this whole process. I truly feel a women’s care is not a priority here.

The front desk staff are very nice, However i didn’t like the feelings I had every time i had an appointment with dr Ghade. My last visit actually caused me to leave the practice. She told me the results of my sonogram and I was a little taken back and in shock so I asked her a question that apparently she already answered and her response was “Didn’t you hear what I just said?”. I was bewildered with her response because it showed no compassion especially after the news she relayed to me.

This staff, from the front desk, to the nurses, to the nurse practitioner (Christian O’Hare) to the OB (Dr. Joyce) and the sonographer, are absolutely amazing. This is a super friendly, welcoming, and informed clinic. They are extremely personable and make you feel special. They take their time with you and, if I wasn’t located so far away due to traffic, I would have finished my care with them. I have transferred care to another facility only because of distance and miss them all every day, in all honesty. Even my fiance feels the difference between this staff and our current one and, if we move to the south shore and have a second child, we will go back to this clinic. HIGHLY recommend!

Never had a bad experience in person, but calling in for an appointment is a nightmare. It took an HOUR AND A HALF to schedule my first appointment because I got forwarded to the wrong department three separate times.Called to make an appointment at the Braintree office today, and got treated like an idiot by the receptionist for calling the Norwood office. How dare I make the mistake of calling the number listed on the Tufts website and saved in my phone and listed on Google as “Tufts Braintree” and assume I was, in fact, calling Tufts Braintree? I like my gynecologist but I honestly might need to find somewhere else to get my checkups.

Do not book here, especially with Dr. Noopur Ghade. My emergency appointment was cancelled twice, the second time an hour before my appointment and the office staff told me “I don’t know what to tell you”.

I’ve had Dr. Sullivan as my OB for the past 3 years. She is AMAZING! Not only does she listens, but she also guides you in the right direction. I started seeing her when my partner & I decided to have another child. She ran all the test I needed to take & gave me steps/advice when it conceiving & pamphlets for IVF ( luckily I didn’t have to go that route). Her staff was amazing during my prenatal visits ( Lindsey who was my NP & Jackie, DR. Sullivan’s medical assistant would take extremely great care of me every office visit). Nurses return calls & prescriptions are never an issue ( I suffered from HC during pregnancy so I had to be medicate in order to eat). A few months into pp, I had a few issues & Dr Sullivan ran more test & ordered an ultrasound to make sure I was ok. Last week, I called with concerns & and was seen within a week. I hadn’t been in over a year. I walked in & the receptionist, (kathy I believe) greeted me by my first name! Jacky,, my fav medical assistant then took me to the room where i met with Dr. Sullivan. We spoke about my options, she listened to my concerns & advised me on what she thought I should do so I listened & took her advice b/c she’s never steered me wrong. It’s very important to have a Dr who not listens to you, but Is also is for you & does things that are in your best interest. Thank you Dr.Sullivan, Cathy & Jacky for always making me feel like I’m the only patient 🥰 I don’t get that same feeling at the Quincy location 😭

The worst experience with my OB - she was lacking compassion and care. The nurses were very kind and the front desk was too but not my doctor.I had Dr. Sullivan and I experienced my 2nd pregnancy loss at the end of November. When it happened my options to end the pregnancy were given to me in a rushed manner. The doctor didn’t even ask me how I was handling the news emotionally (I had a missed miscarriage so had no clue that I had lost the pregnancy) or offer any resources on navigating repeated loss (support groups etc.) She also didn’t offer to do any hormonal blood work/additional testing. I did ask for it but it was not taken seriously, at my follow up appointment she did not bring it up again and said once my body is done miscarrying I could try again which felt very inconsiderate after 2 losses.I changed my insurance and I’m going to another clinic who will run tests because I’ve had two losses in a row. It was so disappointing to not get adequate care, and have to find support and help all on my own afterwards. I hope this practice will treat miscarrying patients with more care and empathy in the future.

Angela is amazing and has made every experience there so much better. She has great bedside mannerisms and when I’ve waited over my appointment times she is so apologetic and really goes hard for her patients. She is always so pleasant and during any procedure or appointment she is so calming, and reassuring. They are super lucky to have her! She has made all my experiences that much better. Only reason I’m giving a 4 is because on several occasions I’ve waited 30-45 minutes to be seen but other than that I’ve always had a great experience.

I discovered that I was waiting for my second child. So At the end of may I started to be seen at this facility because I needed a OBGYN since my last one is over an hour away.1) I was feeling that something was wrong and they started to check up on me, how was everything.2) The NP said if I continue to bleed I might had started the miscarriage.3) I’ve waited there over an hour for a simple blood test. (They forgot me there).4) they gave me the on call doctor phone number, which I called in the Sunday morning to say that my pain had worsen. The lady checked my case and said that was normal miscarriage. I wanted to go there for them to check my pain and I was bleeding a LOT. They refuse!!! It’s normal.5) So I found myself in a horrible pain. Numbness in my leg. I felt dizzy. I almost pass out. I went to Quincy’s hospital ER. They figured out I needed to be transferred to another hospital with ectopic pregnancy symptoms. I had to stay 3 night in the hospital.I could’ve lost my life. They didn’t want to believe in my words. DONT GO THERE!!! Stay away.

This is the best place Id ever want to be involved with if my wife Sinead and I were to ever have another baby. Dr. Sullivan is the absolute best and all the nurses and ladies at the reception desk are A#1 in my book. . They have all gone above and beyond to help us throughout the pregnancy this time and would recommend any of my friends or family member to this place if ever asked! Thank you all for your help, kindness and caring ways!!!

Dr. Daman the worse gynecologist!!. I went in for birth control and painful pms symptoms relief , which I have had since young age requesting birth control pain management ibuprofen etc. Nothing new!She will ask Personal information and ignore your needs completely , she will refuse to provide care unless you do as she tells you! Despite all tests being negative per her request ! You have no choice here! . I am an adult do you think I have not had any of your duplicate bs testings prior to this visit. I know my body alot better than you. All negative stop reaching! All about unnecessary testing procedures! She will push IUD on you first visit this is ok with her. If you are looking for caring physician who wants to help you your well being please stay away!

Awful. Front desk staff are rude and ignore you. Hung up on me multiple times. Refuse to make me a sick appointment. Dr Sullivan is not very personable. Shes very off putting and detached. Miserable place with miserable staff. Hate having to go here and looking for a new gyn.

DO NOT GO. Following policy they would not allow anyone in the room when my wife was seen. Shed been a victim of sexual assault, and having someone poke around down there was difficult, and they made it unnecessarily harder on her by forcing me from the room. The ultrasound technician, Jane, was so dismissive of her fears and overly rude, and left my wife in tears in the parking lot for 20 minutes. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. We wont be going back, and urge anyone seeing this to stay away.
