Absolutely ridiculous 🙄 these people dont care. Its a job to them. They push you to delay so you can get more and more treatments they all look so unhappy. The doctors are never available. Youre dealing with nurses and any questions that are asked the nurses are in the middle. Why am I paying a doctor then?????? Dr. Nurudeen has great reviews but Im skeptical because In the 1.5 years Ive seen her Ive seen her only 2 times for 5 mins. Please dont waste your time. Go somewhere they care. Dr nurudeen has been absent from the get go she thinks shes some celebrity. If youre this busy then maybe quit. Dr.bello is kind but booked.The nurses are really unhappy looking. They dont help you and I really regret spending a penny there

My husband and I have had a fantastic overall experience with Aspire HFI in Cypress. Dr. Bello was friendly and informative, all of the nurses were caring and attentive, and the phlebotomist was kind and always checked in on how we were doing.We just delivered our IVF baby from them in early August 2024. We started a consultation with Dr. Bello to discuss IVF late August 2023 and were pregnant by the beginning of December from our first embryo! Messaging through the app was a quick and helpful way to get in contact with the staff about questions about appointments or medications. They were very accommodating for appointments which was nice as we were driving from about an hour and a half away. For the retrieval and transfer we stayed in a hotel the night before close to the Piney Point Drive location which made it less stressful.

After reading the other reviews, really surprised because from day one everyone in this office was very professional and polite, sure, there were days that everyone seemed too busy to conversate but that was expected, I think if you need attention that bad get it from your partners, as far as getting in touch with the nurses the app worked really great, the nurses were very prompt and informative. The receptionist, i think her name is Krystal, was always very friendly and helpful. Dr Bello was an awesome doctor, very informative, patient with us, professional and at times very funny. Always enjoyed our time when we were able to meet with her. Definitely a 5 Star office in our book. Definitely recommendable. Thank you everyone there we really had a nice experience with you.

Absolute worst! I would not say all but most people are very unfriendly and not willing to help. When you ask a question, they reply as we are forcing them to speak. Unfriendly, not co-operative, not willing to listen to the patients- Definitely something you dont want to go through when you are seeking fertility help.

Dr. Bello is superb. She was so friendly and patient with me, giving me clear explanation of what to expect. She was so straightforward and sincere.

My experience was great with Dr. Nurudeen and staff member. This was my first time going to this clinic.

It is super difficult to reach anyone from their office. They have a common phone number and there is no direct phone number to Cypress office. We chose this clinic mainly because it is near to Cypress. But they made us visit multiple offices in Houston (Downtown, Westheimer road..). They do not have egg retrieval or embryo transfer in their facility. You have to do that in Piney Point Surgery Center. It is 40 miles away from Cypress. Also their billing is so complex (Prelude Network, Patientnotebook, vivere health ....) Their online chat is waste of time. They have some kind of super poor chatgpt kind of chat tool. It asks the same 3 questions again and again. Also, it is super difficult to meet the doctor. We might have made 20-25 visits. We met the doctor at the max 5 times. Most of the check-ups are done by the nurse.The above review is purely about aspire and not about the doctor. Our doctor Dr. Kemi Nurudeen was wonderful. She was very positive and did a fantastic job.Area of improvement* Dedicated phone number and operator for Cypress office.* Bring all the facilities to the Cypress office.* Make sure the nurse responds to voicemail immediately.* Fix the billing issues.* Make sure the doctor meets the patient directly and answer their question. Right now we have to ask our questions to nurse. She will again check with the doctor and responds via message.

Nurse Katherine and the other staff have been extremely kind and thorough with me. I am excited to go on this fertility journey with them.

Dr. Mazen Abdullah made our dreams come true. He along with his staff are the reason why my wife and I are able to start our family and accomplish everything we ever wanted. From our first day there to our last, they made us feel like family. That seemed impossible going in as it was a clinic filled with doctors and nurses. Everyday on this journey seemed like a battle, but everyday we were reassured that it would all be okay. I owe everything to this clinic and its people. If you are looking for a clinic, look no further. You can trust these people with your needs and they will do everything they can to deliver on their promise.

The Cypress Aspire HFI practice is wonderful! The nursing team is incredibly caring, professional, and attentive, and the facility is nice. I saw Dr. Abdallah for treatment and cannot thank him enough for his care. He took time to fully explain treatment options, procedures, and results. He has great bedside manner during procedures. Highly recommend this team for your IVF needs!

The negative reviews for this location are spot on. I would give this location zero stars if possible. This office is extremely unprofessional and needs training on how to treat patients. The front desk girl is rude and condescending. I had an appt today at 8:00. You would think they would call me the day prior if they had any questions about my appt which I explained about in detail when I made the appt. They called me half an hour before my appt asking what the appt was for and to call them back asap so they could verify insurance. I tried to do so to no avail since their office doesn’t open until 8. I arrived at 8 to sign in and the front desk girl wouldn’t stop hounding me about what treatment I wanted to proceed with. I told her I didn’t know since we still needed results back from my husband’s visit which is in two weeks. She wouldn’t stop pestering me since they needed to verify it for insurance. I told her I was just here for blood work and nothing else. Everyone in the office was taken back and seen before me. I asked the front desk girl how long it was going to take since I had work and this appt was only supposed to take 15 minutes. She said a while since they needed to verify insurance which they should have done beforehand since they had my husband’s information and he’s a current patient. She said they tried calling me and I said you called me half an hour before the appt and didn’t answer when I called back. I tried to tell her I had to leave for work soon and she said I should have done my paperwork beforehand. I said I would’ve if I had receive it but I hadn’t before coming in. It was excuses after excuses without any apologies for messing up or having an attitude. She then said I was being rude and I told her no you’re being rude to me. She finally tries to collect my copay after calling me rude. I told her I’m done with this location since I don’t appreciate being yelled at and walked out. The doctor that we saw was nice and professional but I would never come back to this location because of the poor treatment from the receptionist. I called when I left and made a new appt for the Willowbrook location and had my husband switch over too. Good riddance!

I went here for outside monitoring two years ago during my surrogate pregnancy and loved it! I chose to go here again for my second journey but since theyve moved to the new location, yikes! Let me start by saying this, everyone else at this location is amazing! Every single person I have dealt with was absolutely wonderful. EXCEPT the front desk receptionist. She was awful! She rarely ever spoke to me, didnt even acknowledge me when I signed in for my appointments. She would greet and chat with other patients, but it was obvious she has her favorites. Then, the last time I went she told me that I had to sign paperwork for my miscarriage panel! I asked her why, because I was only there for a HCG check and she was so rude! When one of nurses told her that she had me mixed up with another patient, she didnt even apologize and actually had the nerve to look frustrated with me for questioning her! I am glad that I am far enough along in my second surrogacy journey that I no longer need outside monitoring. Again, everyone else is great! But they seriously need to either train the receptionist on her people skills or hire someone else.

Our perfect little miracle was born 12/16 because of what Aspire HFI was able to do for us. Dr. Nurudeen was great, along with all of the staff and nurses we encountered on our journey. We had our first consultation in January, and I was pregnant by the end of April. We can’t say thank you enough!

Dr. Bello is AMAZING! Not only is her work fantastic, but she is a true sweetheart. You get a great vibe from her. She has a beautiful smile. It really makes you feel comfortable as a patient. Again, she is amazing at what she does. Her bedside manner is truly top notch. She truly listens to you and will answer any questions you have for her. Youre in good hands with Dr. Bello!

The doctors are nice. The CALL CENTER is by far the most unhelpful thing Ive ever experienced. Talk about getting the run around. I keep getting disconnected, no one knows the answers to what Im asking, nurses dont call back when youre told to leave them a voicemail. Ive been chasing test results for 3 weeks now and come come to find out they are supposed to be communicating directly with LabCorp and not me. I am very frustrated with the call center for this doctors office. Do better.

Dr. Nurudeen and her nurse Tiffany have treated my wife with great care and compassion. They have been nothing but professional and very helpful throughout our process. Not sure why anyone would leave a bad review for them. The wait times were almost non existent when my wife had her monitoring appointments.

Dr. Nuradeen is very patient, understanding, sweet, and knowledgable. She has great bedside manners and we wish she could be our OB/GYN doctor through the whole pregnancy. The staff has always been very sweet, attentive, and makes you feel welcomed as soon as you enter the clinic. Thank you for everything, HFI!

I had a wonderful 2 year relationship with HFI. I changed location 3 times during my treatment there and at each facility - at Piney Point, Memorial City and Cypress, every Dr. and nurse I interacted with have been wonderful, patient and caring. The path to getting pregnant was long and full of disappointments but Dr. Williams was willing to sit with us, brainstorm on what we could do different each time, and patiently listened to our concerns and discussed options with us. The after-hour service have been great as I always seemed to have an emergency on Friday nights. The patient portal is very user friendly, lab results are updated and messages answered promptly. The only room for improvement would be the financial counseling services which were below par in my experience. I terribly miss everyone there!

This is the absolute supreme level of fertility that exists on the face of the earth. In every aspect Aspire H.F.I. Memorial Hermann executes at the highest level. The level of love, knowledge, and care that is so consistently given is truly remarkable. When we arrived we had so many fears and worries, but since day one they were all taken away and replaced with reassurance and confidence. This was accomplished by the support and presence of the amazingly talented team that now was by our side. They truly became a family of relentless warriors ready to fight alongside us towards our goal. As soon as you walk through the door Veronica will greet you with a warm smile and make your heart laugh. Then once you hear were ready for you from expert phlebotomist Cassandra, shell make you feel right at home(while wearing the coolest shoes). Then when you are graced with presence Judy and Xiomara in the exam, they begin shower you with an abundance of love, care, compassion, and everlasting knowledge. Along with doctors Nurudeen, Sabouni, and Hoff , who all are the top level of prestige and expertise in every way . They are all true miracle workers. The all pretend to be humans but honestly they are angels in human form . They will never be forgotten and We will forever love them and thank them with all our hearts ! Thank You forever and always!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not waste your time. Dr. Bello has an extremely long wait time once you get to the office. I was the only one in the waiting room so Im not sure what I was waiting on. Then when I finally got to see her, she was cold and dismissive. She made me feel uncomfortable and made it very obvious she was not interested in my appointment. While I was sitting there she said I would be taking blood test on my way out, so I did. Before I left her office she said it would be covered under my insurance. The next day I receive a call that my blood work is going to cost me $1000 +. Then after I asked several questions I received a call back that the price changed to $200. How can I trust these people with my fertility when they dont know how to do business. Please stay away, you dont need any added stress.

I honestly dont know why the other reviews talk bad about Dr Bello. She is AMAZING! Her and her team. Sometimes because youre stressed out, you think everyone is out to get you because youve had enough. But They are all very nice and understanding. Honestly I never thought about seeking HFI help until she worked miracles on my sister and saw she was expecting. That changed my mindset completely! I would recommend her and her team to EVERYONE seeking HFI help. 😌👶

I wouldnt give Dr. Bello or the staff a star if that was an option! She does not have any bedside manners, very condescending, rude, and insensitive. I wish I had done my research and chose my own doctor instead of allowing the staff to do so. Also, the nurse Tiffany is rude and unprofessional. She DOES not return calls unless you call multiple times, and when she calls back, you can hear the attitude in her voice. In addition, Tiffany place me on hold 10 minutes before they closed, and never returned back to the phone! This whole experience can be very stressful with disappointments to begin with. Therefore, choosing this location or the above mentioned, would just add more stress to a already stressful situation! BTW, we started going to this location March of this year, and we still do not have clear directions on what we need to do next except ICF. The Doctor mentioned above ONLY recommends IVF. Of course she would, because its the most expensive option smh. For the amount of time and money spent into a Speciality, one would think you would receive the BEST treatment.

Dr. Nurudeen and the staff at HFI are wonderful! They truly care about your health and helping you grow your family. Everyone is so warm and kind. I always felt Dr. Nurudeen patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. I always felt we were on the same page and same team. Thank you HFI!

Experience has been great. Doctors and nurses has great bed side manner and knows how to make me feel comfortable when in doubt. Labs and procedure results are fast.

Awful experience. They did not communicate with me at all regarding my test results.They refuse to run my insurance properly and my insurance covers the costs they are requesting. They have sent me to collections and will not answer or take a call.Be cautious using this clinic.

Labcorb tech was extremely rude. Did not introduce herself or give directions as to what she was doing. When i asked for an extra piece of covan she laughed and said it wasn’t that serious. If you don’t like your job find a new one.

The staff here is wonderful! Theyre always so accommodating and quick to answer any questions we have. We received the best treatment and cant wait to meet our new addition!

Dr. Nurudeen and her staff have been wonderful throughout our journey. They have been quick to answer any questions we have had, and very understanding about the entire process. We couldnt have done this without them!

Dr. Berudeen performed hysteroscopy and i got infection due to this procedure, the procedure was done at piney point surgery center . Afterwards she refused to treat me from infection , her nurse was very unhelpful.

Horrible front desk staff! Won’t answer phone calls and rude and belligerent receptionist. I’ve transferred offices because of the unprofessionalism. Please stay away. There are a lot better places than this place.

I 100% HATE this place! I use to go to the Woodlands location. They never answer the phone and DR. Steward is just sending me in circles...... The office staff is rude and the call center is a ZERO

Dr. Abdallah is very professional and patient. The staffs are very nice too. Very good experience.

Dr. Abdallah made our visit great, and he explained everything to us as well as was patient to answer our questions.

I give 2 stars because the doctor is a very good person and the nurse is super good....the bad thing is that they never answer the phone and I had to call more than 6 or 10 times in a row to be attended to...at reception there is always 2 girls and is it serious that neither of them can answer the phone? 🤔 more than 4 months trying an insemination wooow
