Dr Mann and her team are amazing. Friendly, clean and extremely smart group of ladies from the receptionist to the ultrasound tech, phlebotomists and nurses. They are patient and kind and felt like family to me. I wouldnt have made it through the IVF process without them.

Nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Mann and her old bridge crew. From start to finish i received excellent care. The office is small, clean and compassionate. Her girls are all angels with the best sense of humor. Dawn, Carly, Denise, Lucy, Megan, Jordan and Jessica will always have a place in our heart and our family. My husband and I are eternally grateful, we are pregnant with our beautiful baby who is due this fall. This office treats you like family, and Dr. Mann is a woman of her word. The best team of women.

Dr. Mann and her team are awesome. They are so patient with all my questions and concerns and kindly helped me through the IVF process. Thanks to their knowledge, I am pregnant now.

I can’t form the words on how amazing Dr. Mann and her staff are. They have made this experience better than I ever imagined. Her entire staff is professional, inform you every step of the way, answer any questions you have, and are so caring. Dr. Mann is one of the most empathetic and best providers I’ve come across and really cares about her patients. There aren’t enough words to praise Dr Mann and her staff. After treating us for two years we got pregnant and unfortunately suffered a loss. Although I had graduated to the care of my ob already, dr mann found out and saw me the exact same day. She comforted me as I cried and assured me she was there for us. She helped me to come up with a plan to try to prevent this in the future. When we were able to get pregnant again she kept me for 4 extra weeks to help relieve my anxiety and make sure I was doing well. Every time I saw her she offered a kind word and showed us so much compassion. Her staff have shown nothing but kindness and warmth to both myself and my husband. We are currently 17 weeks pregnant and I have this wonderful woman to thank for that. I absolutely love Dr Mann and her whole practice.

Dr. Mann is truly one of a kind. You can not go wrong by choosing her & her team to help get you pregnant!!!She is compassionate, thoughtful, extremely intelligent, very professional and an excellent listener. She is the second REI who has taken care of me. After a few unsuccessful attempts at another REI office, she assured me she would get me pregnant. At first I was a little skeptical b/c of my past experience of failed frozen embryo transfers (FETs). But I listened and trusted her expertise, followed her office staffs instructions to a T and as a result, had a successful round of IVF, two successful FETs, each that resulted in a pregnancy and delivery. She is very patient-centered and will do what she can to help any of her patients, no matter where in the US they are located. After we moved to California, Dr. Mann found a local REI to do my ultrasounds & labwork in preparation for my 2nd FET. It worked! I only flew back to NJ for my actual embryo transfer & all follow-up labs & ultrasounds were done w/ the local REI.Our family is now complete and we are forever grateful to Dr. Mann and her staff for taking such great care of us.

Doctor Mann is one of the best fertility doctors around. Every visit I had with her brought a smile to my face, I love her so much!!! She is very warm, patient and very skilled. Jessica (front desk), Bernice (medical assistant) and Latia (medical assistant) are wonderful and lovely supporting staff with good hearts. She is simple, humble and treats all equally. I highly recommend her 1000%.

This is the best place I have found! They are very friendly and professional. Dr.Mann explains everything thoroughly. She and her staff are very dedicated. I ram 42 and after just one embryo transfer, I am now pregnant with twins!!!!! I can’t thank Dr.Mann and her staff enough for all that they do and have done. They are amazing!!!

Dr. Mann and her staff are wonderful! I went to her office looking for a second opinion after our first clinic told us that we couldn’t get pregnant. Dr. Mann gave us hope where there was no hope. I heard great thing about this dr so I called to make an appointment nobody answered so I left a message and a female nurse call me back and ask me several questions about the reason I wanted the appointment an every time I answered she gave me an actitud them she ask if my wife speaks English and I told her no but I was going to be there with her and she got madReplying that they had people that speak Spanish in the office, really bad nurse is like she doesn’t understand what it took for someone to called for help, especially a men but I was doing for my wifeLike I said at the beginning I heard great thing about the doctor but the people surrendering her they are very unprofessional and rude

On March of 2017 my husband and I when to see Dr. Jessica Salas Mann what a great experience she’s so dedicated to her work and so professional and The staff is very friendly and helpful they helped me with everything they answered all my questions I felt like I was home. My process was fast and successful thanks to Dr. Mann, on April 2018 I give birth to a beautiful and healthy baby Boy “my miracle baby boy” there no words to describe my feeling and the happiness on my husband face every time he sees our baby. Thanks a lot Dr. Mann and IRMS Team for everything I will definitely recommend this place to every couple out there looking for help just have faith and god will do the rest.

Dr. Mann is the perfect balance of professional and compassionate, and she really knows what she is doing. I felt completely confident in her care. I had a difficult road to each of my two sons and I credit her with getting me to the other side. Forever grateful!

When the journey itself is tough, rough and ridden with bumps, tears and disappointments, to have someone like Dr. Jessica Mann walk with you, guide you, support you and work things out for you makes a world of a difference. Nothing in her method of working is cookie-cutter. She is always tweaking, changing and customizing treatment plans, approaches and options. Dr Jessica Salas Mann is an excellent professional ... but some of her staff leave much to be desired, they have no interest in helping you, especially if you dont speak English ... they dont look for a way to communicate with you, which is very confusing to me. that office does not have a receptionist who speaks Spanish since dr. She is Hispanic and speaks perfect Spanish and there are patients who go to that place for the same reason to be able to communicate and understand the treatment well ... I did a treatment with very little information and I felt displaced by the staff of this clinic ... after Having done the extraction of the ovules, I had a response of the results after 2 months about what happened with the eggs ... I was so disappointed because to charge the treatment all the staff knew how to make me understand that I had to pay and how much it was but for Give me information that I should continue in the treatment I barely received information and in a bad way from the nurse that if you asked her a lot she would get angry, which seems absurd to me because you pay a good amount for the treatment and I think that all of us who go to this guy of places we have curiosities and questions ...

I had very good and pleasant experience with Dr. Mann. I had couple of miscarriages since last two years and then I thought to look for a fertility specialist. Dr. Mann was near to where I live and was covered by my Insurer. After I went to Dr. Mann she patiently heard about my problems and was diagnosed properly with the all the tests to know the problem. Then at certain point she suggested IVF would be best for me. I and my husband thought about the option and we went with it. I kept all my appointments and had a close monitoring by Dr. Mann. Right from day 1 of starting my medications to prepare for the IVF treatment till the successful pregnancy, I had close monitoring by Dr. Mann. She patiently answered all of my questions. I got pregnant with first IVF cycle. Thanks to Dr.Mann for all her efforts helping me to get pregnant with second child.

My wife and I first met Dr. Jessica Salas Mann 2.5 years ago. We had tried to conceive, however, after 18 months decided it was time to meet with an IVF doctor. We interviewed two doctors, one out in Staten Island, close to where my wife worked at the time, and Dr. Jessica Mann, in Old Bridge a short drive from where we live. We did not connect well with the first doctor, and we believe his interests were focused more on his business than the need to start our family. After meeting Dr. Mann, it is evident that she has a passion for her field, shes caring, super intelligent and has a great bedside manner. A bedside manner may be overlooked in many medical practices, however, this is an area you really want to have the doctor that has your best interest at heart.Long story, short: We were at point A, without a baby, and we wanted to be at point B, with a baby. 2.5 years later, we have two beautiful daughters, and we thank Dr. Mann (who still calls and checks in on my wife) for helping us complete our family.If youre thinking about going the IVF route, a few key points:1. As a couple, you are in this together. Theres a 50/50 chance that youre unable to conceive because of one of you. We share our IVF story with everyone, and its very common, as you can see Im the first of many of Dr. Manns patients to write a review, the topic is somewhat taboo. Get over whos fault it is, and focus on the goal! To start a family.2. Before you take on this journey, its important to have a conversation. Its a tough conversation: Best case scenario is that you have one healthy baby, and god willing, youre able to repeat the process as often as you want. Unfortunately, worst case scenario, is not that it does not happen, it is that you or your partner become pregnant however, are unable to carry to term. Theres no refund, youre out of money and left with the heartache of losing your baby. My wife and I discussed if we were strong enough to go through this again, should this happen. We decided we would try twice, maybe three times, and if it did not happen for us, we would look at other avenues, most likely adoption or surrogates.3. Its not like the movies, where Hollywood has the actress impregnated with a turkey baster and an hour later we have a baby. Unlike the conventional route, the female undertakes the largest role, going in for blood tests, sometimes multiple times a week, the regiment of hormones and medications to maintain thyroid levels etc. Its not easy. All while the guy sits there, holding a hand, sipping on coffee.... **There is an increased risk of cancer, the more hormones, or the more times you go through IVF.With all the above being said, we have two beautiful daughters that have bought us more joy in a single second, than we have experienced our entire lives. There are no words to describe this feeling, I remember the first time I saw my daughter, I was lost for words, my body started doing this weird hyperventilating thing like I was trying to cry but couldnt produce the tears.Now, back to the practice. There were a few times, my wife had to make appointments on the weekend, or on holidays. IRMS has locations open, we drove to Princeton a number of times, which was not too much further for us, for these appointments. Dr. Manns staff is amazing, you feel as though you have a team, a support system that is rooting for you. I may be the first to post a review, but, I have seen plenty of holiday cards and plenty of patients at Dr. Manns officeIf you have questions, I strongly recommend connecting with Dr. Mann, shes happy to answer questions, and I believe her to be amongst the best in her field.

My wife and I could not be more impressed with Dr. Mann and the whole staff at JSM Fertility. The professionalism combined with light hearted and fun loving spirit, makes a tough situation easy to handle. They were extremely prompt and comforting with results and reporting, which helps ease tensions instead of waiting for extended periods of time for responses. Often we were called back the same day. The last appointment with JSM (moving on to OBGYN), felt like we were losing a safety net, but they insisted that we had to bring the little one in to visit.Approximately a year later, we did just that. We stopped by their office when we were in the area. Bernice saw us and came to see our baby boy. It felt like family when she held him and asked to show him off to everybody in the office. She brought him around to Dee, Jessica, and of course Dr. Mann. Dr. Mann then took time out of her schedule to sit down with my wife to see how everything went. I can not stress enough how great everybody is in this office!!!

Very friendly knows what she is talking about and like to go the extra mile to help her patient i was able to tell all that just on one visit 🙏🏻

Actually seeing Dr. Mann would probably be terrific, but the bedside manner of those handling the up front administrative work could use some work. I’ll refrain from using name(s), but please think about the sensitivity this whole ordeal has on couples. So to feel rushed by an impatient attitude and lack of compassion when simply setting up an appointment or asking clarifying questions is such a turn off. I’d rather deal with an automated system.

From the first visit to the last I continued to receive 5 star customer service between the front desk, nurses, medical records department, and Dr Mann. I appreciate especially the nurses who held my hand through the tears of tough news and provided encouraging words. I will always recommend this office and Dr Mann. Thank you for everything.

Love dr. Mann and her staff. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. I just did ivf with them and they helped me get pregnant one my first shot. they are very sweet and caring and make you feel right at home.

Dr. Mann and her staff are excellent. They are patient and willing to answer all of your questions. Going through fertility treatments is an extremely stressful and emotional process and they were there at every step.
